Bluefin Sushi Thai – 3211 Encinal Ave, Suite. A - Alameda CA 94501 – (510) 522-1269

December 28, 2012 -- Bluefin Sushi Thai is a relatively new east end restaurant (opened in 2012). It is located in the former Burger Orchard space next to the Encinal Market. The service was very attentive. The atmosphere was very pleasant (the girls liked the way they folded the napkins). The food was a little unusual combining both Japanese and Thai cuisines, but it was prepared artfully and tasted delicious. This is a good place to go with a group that includes folks that don’t like Thai food, since they can get traditional chicken teriyaki or something else less spicy.

Our party of six had:
  • Fried tofu (appetizer) - The girls loved it; very crispy and delicious. It was served with a tangy sauce.

  • Bento Box #1 with chicken teriyaki - This was Linnea’s dish. “It was…interesting,” she said. “I liked the sashimi and teriyaki, but the sushi was unusual in that it had edamame beans in it!”
  • Bento Box #5 vegetarian - Greta’s box had tofu pockets (rice balls wrapped in sweet tofu), broccoli and carrots over rice, and vegetable rolls. Greta enjoyed the “flavorful and juicy” bento box very much (giving it four stars out of five), although she didn’t eat the vegetable roll because she doesn’t like avocado.

  • Alameda roll - Vera ordered this roll, which was spicy crab wrapped with cucumber. Not knowing how spicy this roll would be, Vera was caught off-guard. But, she enjoyed the orange served alongside with a paper umbrella.
  • Garlic noodles - This unique Thai dish was described as “very good but not normal,” by Vera (who is used to Chinese garlic noodles).

  • Chicken teriyaki - Elizabeth ordered this dish which had generous portions and included many fresh vegetables.
  • Panang curry and Mango curry – Both of the Thai dishes were excellent. We really enjoyed them (and suspect that the owner/chef is a Thai food specialist).

We ordered extra rice and finished off most of the dishes, except for the garlic noodles and spicy sushi and needed a to-go container. Since Bluefin Sushi Thai is a new restaurant, they are probably not aware that  Alameda has a Styrofoam ban.

Ruth gave Greta and Vera special collapsible Tupperware for Christmas to bring along for leftovers when doing our restaurant blogging. But we forgot them on this outing (doh!) and had to get the take-out packaging (which came in Styrofoam). We will let Maria in Public Works know that Bluefin needs to be notified of the Styrofoam ban.

We accidentally got Styrofoam!
We forgot to bring our Tupperware for leftovers!

Compost report – We spoke with a server and asked her if the restaurant had organics collection. She did not think they had that service, but was interested because she was familiar with some of the restaurants in Oakland that have organics collection. We gave her a MASC brochure and she said that she would give it to the owner. We checked around back at the Encinal Market and saw that they have an organics dumpster (so it should be easy for Bluefin to start composting!).

So, we recommend that you take a trip to the east end of Alameda and check out Bluefin Sushi Thai. Have some wonderful Thai food and ask them if they are composting.

Café Q - 2302 Encinal Avenue Alameda, CA 94501 - (510) 521-8848

December 16, 2012 - Café Q is a MASC superstar and does a wonderful job at recycling and composting. Thu-Huong Nguyen and her brother Minh Nguyen have lived in Alameda for 37 years and opened Café Q, which emphasizes quality ingredients (“the Q stands for quality”).
Thu with Vera and Greta
The restaurant started out as a coffee shop and soon expanded its offerings to include breakfast, lunch and dinner. Café Q is light and homey with local artwork on the walls and board games to play with.
After we ordered brunch and before the food came, we played “Apples to Apples.” Elizabeth and Kevin tied with two matches each.

Elizabeth & Greta playing "Apples to Apples"

Our party of eight had:
  • Corned beef hash – Jen says, “If you like chunky, home made corned beef and potatoes, you will love the corned beef hash at Café Q.”
  • Yam & cheese sandwich – Kevin says, “This was a solid meatless alternative without trying to taste like meat.” It was a grilled cheese sandwich with yams, goat cheese and aioli. Yum!
  • Yam & cheese was yummy!
  • Eggs Benedict – Linnea says, “Very tasty. Good poached eggs and hollandaise sauce.”
  • French toast with apples – Vera says, “I don’t really like French toast, I only really like apples and my tummy is already pretty full.” Everyone else tried Vera’s French toast and it was really good (so were the caramelized apples on top).
  • Crunchy chicken club – Fred says, “It was excellent. 5 out of 5.”
  • Q Burger – Elizabeth says, “Both the burger and French fries were very good. The French fries were nice and crispy.”
  • House-made salmon gravlox with red onions, cream cheese and capers – Very delicious and filling.
  • Omelet, toast & potatoes - Greta ordered hers with just mushrooms (no cheese or onions). Greta says, “The omelet was very good it was full of spices which I like. The mushrooms were buttery with just the right amount of salt.”
Compost report – Café Q has recycling and composting in the kitchen and also in the “front of the house” where folks order coffee and takeout. We loved Café Q and appreciated their dedication to quality, sustainable ingredients and environmental stewardship.

Miss Alameda Says "Compost!"

Café Jolie - 1500 Webster Street, Alameda, CA 94501 - (510) 523-4500

December 9, 2012 – We had been looking forward to visiting Café Jolie since it opened in the former Tillie’s space on Webster Street. The owners of Café Jolie also own the popular Bowzer’s Pizza across town. We arrived early at 8 a.m. because we had heard that there could be a long wait for a table. We were very pleased to get a booth near the window.

Our party of four had:
  • Hot chocolate – Vera says, “Awesome – even better than Peet’s. They have whipped cream and cocoa powder on top – it’s just like my dad’s.”
  • Orange juice – Fresh squeezed!
  • Water – Tasted like cucumber and was very cold and delicious
  • Fresh beignets with chocolate dipping sauce – We loved them, they were just like in “The Princess and the Frog.”

  • Eggs Benedict – Greta ordered them with spinach only (no ham). Greta says, “They were awesome! Such exquisite taste!”
  • Crab Cake Benedict – It was spicy, but in a good way.
  • Pancakes, egg and chicken sausage – They were all “regular and good.”

Compost report – We asked the server if they were composting and he said, “yes!” We were psyched because we knew that Bowzer’s was also on the MASC program. We told him about the free training and recycling and composting containers available through the MASC program and gave him a brochure.

We also liked the little reusable cups that they use for condiments!

We think Café Jolie has the best breakfast in town! So, please go there and thank them for composting.

M.A.S.C. Stats for December 2012

MASC stats for December 2012: 52 restaurants on the MASC program 706.26 tons of resources captured to be recycled 815.34 total annual metric tons of CO2 avoided entering our atmosphere. That is the results of one little program, which is still growing. Imagine if all cities around the world started to make simple easy changes like this... the threat of greenhouse gases would begin to be of the past.

BurgerMeister - 2319 Central Avenue, Alameda - (510) 865-3032

December 1, 2012 – This is our third month of blogging about the restaurants and composting in Alameda. Greta says, “It has been incredible going to all these restaurants and still be in the B-section (the restaurants that start with the letter "B").”
Today we visited BurgerMeister which is a chain that started in San Francisco and now has seven locations in the Bay Area. It has been voted the “best burger” in both San Francisco and Alameda. They are known for their humanely and sustainably sourced meat, poultry and fish. Their website says:
“BurgerMeister supports a greener earth by engaging in environmentally conscious business practices, utilizing 100% natural products, biodegradable packaging and 100% recyclable materials.”

They were early adopters of the MASC program, so we were psyched to go there. We had:

  • Kid’s hot dog and French fries – Vera says, “It was very good, but it was very fat.” She took her leftovers in the car and ate them later (even after they got cold). “I liked the hard square fries.”
  • Portabella mushroom burger – Because Greta is a pescatarian, she went for the veggie option. Greta says, “This in an incredible dish and I suggest it because it tastes just like real meat, but it’s not. It has lots of flavors, such as juicy, fresh, and warm. I would give it five out of five stars.” Greta didn’t eat the aioli sauce that came with the mushroom burger, but it was excellent on the French fries.

  • The 1/3 pound “MeisterBurger – which has avocado, bacon, sautéed mushrooms, grilled red onions. and cheese. Jen says, “It was very delicious and had so many things packed into it that the lower bun was crushed under the weight of all of the delicious accouterments. I asked for barbeque sauce and it came in a plastic cup with a lid (which seemed a little wasteful). I actually would have preferred that they gave me a reusable cup (like at Viva Mexico) or a compostable paper cup or just a squeeze bottle.”
  • Fish and chips – which was wild Alaskan pollock battered and deep fried. Greta says, “The fish was amazing. It tasted flubbery (which is good) and was very crispy and warm.”
  • California chicken sandwich – which had bacon avocado and jack cheese. Fred says, “I thought it was good. I give it four out of five stars. It was flavorful and had lots of vegetables. It was just a little squishy. The coleslaw was excellent; not too sharp, not too sweet. It was perfect coleslaw.”
  • California burger – which had avocado and jack cheese. Linnea says, “It was good, but I actually preferred the chicken sandwich. I give it 3.7 out of five stars.”
Compost Report – We knew that BurgerMeister was on the MASC program and was recycling and composting. We asked our server how it was going and she said everything was fine. They are now recycling 50 percent and reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 20 metric tons of carbon per year. Woo-hoo!

After lunch, we headed over to City Hall with some single-use plastic bags to trade them in for reusable bags at the Public Works booth. Beginning January 1, 2012, single-use plastic bags are banned in Alameda County. Yay!

Burger King - 1901 Webster Street Alameda, CA (510) 521-2378 &

November 17, 2012 – Today we stopped by Yojimbo to drop off a brochure. Greta ran in and said to the sushi chef who was making a beautiful dish, “Hello, me and a few people outside were here are few weeks ago and are part of the Alameda Restaurant & Compost Blog. We would like to give you this brochure. Please give this to your manager.”

Then we went to South Shore to check out the recycling and compost compliance at the “Off the Grid” Food Truck area. Each truck has recycling and composting, but we are not sure that they have composting back at the food truck staging area in Hayward. We will report back on the status.

Recycling and Composting at Off the Grid - Alameda South Shore Center

Today we visited both of the Burger Kings in Alameda. At 2200 Otis Drive we ordered:

  • Tendercrisp Chicken Sandwich – Vera loved the chicken sandwich, “I would give it a billion out of one star.” We discussed whether this ranking is higher than a billion out of five stars and we decided that it was.

    Burger King at Otis Drive
  • Premium Alaskan Fish Sandwich – Greta ordered hers without tarter sauce (because she hates mayo). This left the patty a bit dry.
  • French Fries – The French fries a thicker cut than at other fast food restaurants. Ketchup is served out of a pump container into little paper cups (all potentially compostable!).
  • Sprite – Greta never had a Sprite before. In fact, the only soda she can remember having is a Shirley Temple and a root beer float. Greta said the Sprite “exploded in my mouth.”
  • Chocolate Handspun Shake – This starts with chocolate syrup, then blop a lot of soft-serve ice cream on top. Then they stick a pipe in it and mix it up.

At 1901 Webster Street we ordered:

  • Kids Meal – chicken strips, value fries, fruit punch & a Rock ‘um Sock ‘um Robot toy – According to Vera, the best thing about the kids meal is the toy.

Compost Report – We know that the owner of the Burger Kings has expressed interest in composting. Jessica has been trying to recruit them into the program since 2010. Almost everything that is thrown away at Burger King is recyclable or compostable. In fact, even though we ate in at the restaurants, we brought our stuff home to recycle and compost it. So, we gave the on-site managers at each of the Burger Kings a MASC brochure. Both of the McDonalds restaurants in Alameda are recycling and composting, so we know that they can do it!

Composting wrappers from Burger King

We composted all of the paper wrappers and recycled the plastic cup.
The only thing that went to the landfill was the straw.

Asena Restaurant – 2508 Santa Clara Avenue, Alameda, CA 94501 (510) 521-4100

November 10, 2012 – Today, we went to Asena, a popular and venerable Mediterranean restaurant that has been in Alameda since 1996. We were able to get a reservation for eight at 5:15 p.m. The owners are from Turkey and there are many Turkish-inspired dishes on the menu. The adults in our party tried the Turkish wine, which was excellent.

The restaurant was full when we were there with a big surprise party in the back. There was a line of patrons waiting for a table when we left.

We had:
  • Pan-seared Mahi-Mahi with Mashed Potatoes – Greta says, “It was amazing! The taste was full of spices that made you feel warm and cozy. The mashed potatoes and vegetables were very yummy.”

  • Eggplant – Jean says, “The eggplant dish was a light take on a traditional eggplant parmesan. Slices, rather than breaded and fried, were grilled and the edges were charred perfectly. The slices were layered with mushrooms and surrounded by a light tomato slices and artichoke hearts, After eating such a light meal, I did not feel guilty about having cheesecake for dessert!”

  • Asena’s Signature Chicken Curry Triangle – Jen says, “The chicken curry triangle was quite good. The curry was very mild and sweet and heavy on coconut. There are apples raisins that also sweetened up the dish. The curry is served in a giant filo triangle.”

  • Margarita Pizza – Vera says, "It was very cheesy and stretchy. And every time you got a bite you had to put the cheese back on separately."
  • Caesar Salad – Linnea had a salad for an entrée, but could have used a bit more food. She helped Vera finish her pizza.
  • Ravioli with Smoked Salmon – Ruth had a very tasty and dainty portion.
  • Crème Brulée – Greta says, "The Crème Brulée was warm at first until I had this photo shoot that took a really long time. It was very delicious, but at the same time very filling. I would give it four and a half out of five stars."

  • Pot de Crème au Chocolate – Vera says, "The chocolate was very rich and the top was rough with peaks." Fred says, "It was very chocolaty and had the texture of Crème Brulée."

  • Blood Orange Cheese Cake with Raspberry Coulis – Jean says, “Very light and creamy with a delicious nut crust.”
Compost Report – We spoke to one of the waiters about the recycling and composting program and he said that they had recently started on the program (and had one of each of the 96-gallon blue recycling containers and green compost containers). Yay! We gave him a brochure in case they would like free training or internal containers.

Please visit Asena and have the Turkish wine and delicious, light Mediterranean cuisine. And thank them for recycling and composting!

Yojimbo Sushi - 1221 Park Street Alameda, CA 94501 (510) 523-4120

November 3, 2012 -- We were going to go to Asena (but it is closed for lunch on Saturdays) and since it was Vera’s birthday (yay!) she chose to go to Yojimbo for the restaurant blog. We seem to keep having this problem, showing up to restaurants when they are closed:

  • When Angelfish was closed, we went to Angela’s Bistro and Bar
  • When Ark was closed, we went to La Penca Azul
  • And when Asena was closed, we went to Yojimbo (kinda outa alphabetical order, but oh well the food was good)

Greta and Vera had been to Yojimbo a lot before and always gave it great reviews. Greta especially liked the crab sushi. Vera liked the ball of rice with a slabber of raw fish on top (nigiri sushi). This was the first visit for Ruth, Fred and Linnea.

Décor – One of the best things about Yojimbo is the décor. The restaurant has original paintings based on Japanese movies and animation. They also have TVs in each room showing some of the films they feature on the walls. It’s really cool!

We had a big party, so we got to sit in the booth.
    We had:
    • Ramuné – Vera says, I really like this drink because it has a marble in the bottle and is strawberry flavored. We have lots of empty ones at our home out on the deck.
    • Sashimi Over Rice – Greta says, I emphatically enjoyed the sashimi over rice because it was very flavorful and juicy. It was very fancy too because everything was in layers they had tuna, salmon, fried egg, and some kind of light pink fish that tasted very good. I liked that the rice was on the bottom because it got soaked with fish which made it very sweet and umame at the same time (which I like).
    • Cucumber Roll – Vera says, they are really good and I always get them at any sushi place. But if they don’t have them then I choose something else. My sister got three and I got three and that means there were six (because three plus three is six).
    • Dragon Roll – Linnea had the dragon roll which was a California roll with spicy tuna on top. It was very good, but very spicy (so Ruth had to eat the tuna).
    • Tempura Roll – Ruth had the tempura roll and it was good.
    • Teriyaki Chicken – Fred had the teriyaki chicken and the portions were enormous (we all had some except for Greta who is a pescetarian).

Compost Report – We are embarrassed to say that we forgot to bring the Miss Alameda Says Compost brochure and they were very busy, so we did not get to ask about recycling and composting. We checked outside and it looked like they had a one-yard bin and a very small space that they share with their neighbor (so it could be challenging to get more service). We will stop by later when they are less busy.

We talked to Jessica about the opportunities for composting at Alameda Grill, Ark and Yojimbo. She said that she would follow up with them.

    Ark Chinese Restaurant - 1405 Park Street, Alameda, CA 94501 (510) 521-6862

October 28, 2012 – Seven of us went to Ark Chinese Restaurant for dinner.
Vera and Greta have had take-out garlic noodles from Ark many, many times. But we had never eaten in and seen the noodle show before. This place is known for their house-made, hand-pulled noodles. We had:
    • Fried Cheese Crab Wonton – Jen says, “They were creamy and tasty.”
    • Juicy Pork Steam Dumplings – Greta says, “I loved the taste of them because it tasted very tofu-sausage-y and I love that texture. I would give it five out of five stars.”

    • Braised Egg Tofu – Greta says, “I loved it a lot. The texture was very juicy and mushy and I like that type of texture when I am eating tofu. I loved the taste of it and the long chewy mushrooms that came with the dish. I would give it five out of five stars.”

    • Wonton Soup – Greta says, “I loved the taste of this because it felt nice and slick and chewy at the same time. I would give it five out of five stars.”
    • Kung Pao Meatless Chicken – Jen says, “I loved the Kung Pao meatless chicken. The “meat” was firm and dense and umame, tasting vaguely of mushrooms. And it was just the right amount of spice and the vegetables were also very good.”
    • Baked Portuguese Chicken with Rice – Greta says, “This dish comes with baked curry rice and little chunks of chicken. I loved the fried potato because the texture of it feels like dough. I would give it five out five stars as well.”
    • Stir-Fry Mixed Vegetable – Jen says, “The vegetables were very good, the snowpeas, broccoli, and feathery mushrooms. The zucchini could have been cut thinner. I like mine more well-done.”
    • Garlic Noodles – The garlic noodles are house made, hand pulled and one of the specialties of this restaurant. We had a great view into the kitchen and could watch the chef make the noodles – all different thicknesses. Vera said, “They were really garlicky and I really liked them. And it looked really cool when the guy was making them.”
Here is the noodle show (filmed by Greta):
This restaurant is also famous of their beautiful fruit sculptures. Plus you get some fancy fruit with fortune cookies for dessert.
Compost Report—We asked our waitress about composting, but she wasn’t too sure what they had. We gave her a brochure to give to the chef. The chef was making noodles, so we will need to come back later.

    La Penca Azul - 1440 Park Street Alameda CA 94501 (510) 769-9110

October 14, 2012 – Today, we had planned to go to Ark Chinese Restaurant, but they were unexpectedly closed. Since we were in the mood for Mexican food, we went to La Penca Azul or for our purposes (since we are supposed to go in alphabetical order) Azul, La Penca. We love the food at La Penca Azul, so we will probably be back when we get to the “Ls.”

Since our last post, we got an “unofficial” sponsor! Our friend Betsey Meyer of Dragonfly Environmental Advisors sent Greta and Vera some funding for our project. Thanks Betsey!! [If you ever need environmental advice, please contact Betsey meyer.betsey “at” gmail.com.]
We have been to La Penca Azul many times and have always enjoyed it! They have an extensive menu and a famous margarita bar.
    Here’s what we had:
    • Whole fried fish – Greta says, “I liked the fish! I particularly like to eat the eyeballs. It was a little dry, so I would give it 4 out of 5 stars.” Kevin (G&V's dad) says, “The fish was cooked really well. It was very moist and came with a nice garlic butter sauce. I should have asked for some lemons, because I only had some limes which were not very juicy.” Vera says, “Usually, I like the eyeball, but this one didn’t agree with me.”
    • Cheese enchilada – Vera says, “I love it and I give it a billion out of five stars. I really liked the cheese and my dad had to cut it because it was really big.”
    • Chicken mole enchilada – Jen (G&V's mom) says, “It was good. It was a little light on the mole, so we asked for some extra mole (which they gladly gave us). I would say that the mole tends more on the cinnamon-y side than on the chocolate-y side. And it was very good.” Greta says, “I think that the chicken mole tasted good, but it tasted a little bit too much like a gingerbread cookie.”
    • Street tacos – Fred (G&V's uncle) and Linnea (G&V's cousin) had el pastor (marinated pork) and fish tacos, which they liked very much (and order all the time).
    • Carne asada taco dinner – Ruth says, “This is the only thing I ever order because it is great!”
    • Margaritas – Ruth and Jen had the top shelf margaritas (which are consistently good – 5+ out of 5). Fred says that the tequila is very smooth. Greta and Vera had the sugar cane stalks that come with them.

Takeout Container Report – In Alameda, we have a Styrofoam ban for takeout packaging at restaurants (yay!). Restaurants in Alameda typically provide recyclable plastic or compostable paper as a substitute.
However, we recommend that you bring your own containers when dining out. Jen says, “I like to bring my own Tupperware-type container, especially to Mexican restaurants where they serve generous portions. That way I can order what I like, create no waste, and have a nice lunch the next day.” Here is a link to a true Zero Waste family. They may be a bit over-the-top, but we can all do our part.
Compost Report—We knew that Jessica (Miss Alameda) has been working to get La Penca Azul on the compost program. They are always really busy and it is hard to track down the manager. We checked out the back alley before we came in and saw that they are doing a lot of recycling, but no composting yet. We gave them a Miss Alameda Says “Compost!” brochure and will check back in with Jessica about the status.
Next time you visit La Penca Azul have the wonderful margaritas and street tacos and ask them if they are composting.

Angel Fish Japanese Cuisine - 883 C-2 Island Drive (Harbor Bay Landing Shopping Center) Alameda, CA 94502 (510) 749-0460

October 6, 2012 – We skipped last week because Greta and Vera were up in Yosemite. [Yosemite Village had recycling and composting, by the way.] Today we covered the “angels.” Greta and Vera went with their Girl Scout troop to Angel Island and saw the Blue Angels (because it was Fleet Week). Then we all ended up at Angel Fish on Bay Farm Island. It was an angelic day.
Angel Fish is in the Harbor Bay Landing Shopping Center. It is an upscale Japanese restaurant and it is very popular with a line of people out the door. We made a reservation for eight (but then only six of us showed up). They were happy to give the extra seats away. Some of us had been to Angel Fish before and really liked it. They have a good happy hour on weeknights (with appetizer specials). The restaurant is decorated with cool retro Japanese decor, including a beautiful embroidered kimono.
    Here’s what we had:
    • Cucumber Roll – Vera says “it was awesome and I give it a hundred and ten out of five stars.”
    • Raiders Roll – This roll came with yellow fin tuna and black caviar on top and eel and avocado on the inside. Greta says, “I liked the black caviar and tuna (5 out of 5 stars)”
    • Tuna Salad – We ordered the large salad and it came with lots of lettuce, tuna, roe and cheese.
    • Seared Tuna – Mmmmm…this was one of our favorite things. 12 pieces of tuna came on top of a salad. They were peppery on the outside and rare on the inside. Greta says, “I would give it 5 out of 5 stars because it is “flubbery” and it had fish eggs on top and a lime in the middle.”'
    • Lobster Tempura – Greta says, “This was really yummy in my tummy (5 out of 5 stars).” It was light and delicious and not greasy.
    • Baked Eggplant with Miso – Some of us were suspicious of this dish, because it looked like goo. However, it was delicious. Greta says, “It tasted like apple pie.” Vera says, “the eggplant came with five strawberry slices and Fred ate one and Greta ate two and I ate two because five was an odd number.”

    After Trying Eggplant

      Before Trying Eggplant
    • Fried Calamari Legs – This dish did not get high marks on Yelp, but we liked it. Greta says, “It was hard to chew, but I liked the flavor (4 out of 5 stars).” Vera says, “They were really curly at the end of their feet and I liked the crunchy part.”
    • Miso Soup and Rice – Greta says, “I loved the rice. I think it was good because it didn’t stick to my clothes. I liked the soup because they had noodles in it. I’d give it 5 out of 5 stars.”

    • Saba Shioyaki – Uncle Fred ordered this. It is grilled mackerel marinated with sake, salt & ginger. Greta tried it and said it was “flobbery.”
Compost Report—Angel Fish is a tenant in the Harbor Bay Landing Shopping Center. We talked to Crystal Amos, the awesome commercial recycling coordinator at ACI and she told us that the shopping center does not currently have compost service. However, she thought it would be a good idea to approach all of the restaurants together, including La Penca Azul, La Val’s Pizza, Harbor View Chinese Restaurant, and Subway (!). Angel Fish was very busy when we visited, but we gave them a Miss Alameda Says “Compost!” brochure. We will keep you updated!
