Taqueria Viva Mexico Was one of the First!
Here I am presenting the MASC certificate to Juan Carlos, owner of Taqueria Viva Mexico. They were one of the first restaurants on the program and have now been composting and recycling for a year! Happy Anniversary and congratulations on leading the way and keeping over 10 tons of food scraps out of the landfill this year.
